@s_alderoty Can someone explain why the SEC is so hell bent on spending, without regard or limitation, OUR taxpayer dollars on a case beyond their jurisdiction that is outright harming the very American people they are supposed to protect? Someone, preferably at the SEC, PLEASE justify!

No surprises here — once again it’s been made clear. The Court’s ruling that “XRP is not a security” is NOT being appealed. That decision stands as the law of the land. Stay tuned for Ripple’s Form C to be filed next week.

Sad that as an investor and innovator, I’m more worried by SEC (in?)action than market forces. Time to move overseas where regulation is fair and transparent?
