The health consciousness stuff has gone massively overboard. People walking around with bands tracking their vital signs every second of the day like they’re astronauts on the ISS. Treating alcohol or sugar like it’ll kill them if they look at it. Tracking their sleep. Counting their steps. It’s possible to live a healthy life without being an obsessive, paranoid lunatic. You’re gonna die either way. In a few decades you’ll be just as dead as the rest of us, if not sooner. Relax a little and live your life while you still can.

#Mizzou has posted the new/revised contracts of the basketball staff. Of note that Jason Crowe Sr. (father of Jason Crowe Jr.) and Zach Reynolds (former HS coach of Toni Bryant) have two year deals.

We have witnessed the Caitlin Clark effect . Now witness the Stephanie white effect. It comes with good ticket prices and more space to rest in the stadium than a sofa . We are Caitlin Clark fans way before we are Indiana fever fans!😭😭😭😭😭😭

She was not on the injury report yesterday.

The Cardinals are in an awkward position at catcher.
Herrera can hit but hasnt thrown out a runner since 2024.
Pages is very respected in the clubhouse and is a great to have as a backup catcher.
Pozo fills the emergency role and is clutch as a pinch-hitter.
Crooks has 13 HRs and a 1.039 OPS in Memphis.
I'm not really sure what the answer is currently. But it will be interesting to see how it works out.

I don’t understand why every airline in America — public and private — doesn’t have @Starlink. It’s incredible. You can make FaceTime calls with better reception anywhere in the world 35k feet up in air than most reception on ground. WiFi on planes is infuriatingly bad. Still.

My dad dedicated his life to making sure people had the chance to hear the Gospel.
Not for fame.
Not for recognition.
Just because he loved Jesus and he loved people, and he couldn’t imagine keeping that to himself.
Thursday, we get to honor that. We get to look back at a life fully lived for what matters most and how we get the chance to carry that forward.
If you want to celebrate dad and hear about a life of significance and what makes life worth living, bring a friend, carpool together, and come join us.
I can’t think of a better way to celebrate him.
