We have another quagmire in the Middle East because nobody is in charge. The POTUS was at a UFC match while peace negotiations were failing. We’re absolutely rudderless while the nation embraces for economic downturn and men prepare for an automatic draft. What are we even doing?

Trump at a UFC event last night told fighter Paulo Costa he’s too good-looking to fight. “You’re a beautiful guy. You could be a model, you look so good.” This was what Trump was doing as negotiations with Iran imploded.

The @sichamber and Fire Department hosted the @fdny Valor Luncheon this afternoon. 17 of Staten Island’s bravest were recognized at the event. It was a honor to meet Commissioner Lillian Bonsignore. The luncheon also commemorated the 25th Anniversary of 9/11.

This is just another example of why we need to run candidates everywhere up and down the ballot. People are feeling the consequences of bad federal policies at the gas pumps, at the grocery stores, and don’t see their wages increasing.
