CIA Deputy Director Michael Ellis speaking to the Special Competitive Studies Project on the impact of Artificial Intelligence. The day’s agenda also included panelists from MI6, Mossad, and DoD. Bitcoin companies and foundations are working on proposals to upgrade the security of both physical wallets that hold individual bitcoin and cryptocurrency platforms that secure customer accounts.

@JohnSitilides @Markzandi @HessamNadji Thank you John Sitilides. If you want to know Trump, read Art of the Deal just like you said!! Excellent analysis on impact of oil by-products, and the complications of ship/crew logistics in the Gulf. I'm a regular viewer of M&M presentations and this was one of the best.

@DanielDiMartino Thank you Daniel, gotta solve problems in ways that minimize unintended consequences. PS - when I lived in California 30 years ago, the town of Monterey Park had 1000+ Chinese tourist babies born there every year, so this has been going on for a very long time.

The issue of birthright citizenship moot if illegal immigration and birth tourism are stopped as Trump did. It would be wrong to have a society where 10% of people born here, who don't know any other country, live as second-class citizens.

@Strategy Saylor and Le are geniuses. I've owned MSTR for a few years and STRC since it became available. Best financial decisions I ever made.

Strategy is proposing to pay semi-monthly dividends on $STRC, instead of monthly. No change to the annual dividend obligations or dividend rate. These proposed changes are intended to stabilize price, dampen cyclicality, drive liquidity, and grow demand.

Doing a selfie with Congressman Thomas Massie last nite at an event for him in Alexandria. Massie has been a leader in Congress for limiting government power and in support of bitcoin and cryptocurrency systems. @MassieforKY @RepThomasMassie

I'm headed off to a Thomas Massie fundraiser at a Ron Paulite friend's lovely million dollar plus house with pool in Fairfax County, VA. As a Trumplitarian. Should I ask a rude question? I mean, I paid my way in...

@jratcliff Bitcoin 2026 is gonna be great. It's like 30,000 rock band groupies except there's no band, just each other and the protocol. 21 million just win baby.

I've decided to attend the Bitcoin 2026 conference in Las Vegas. I've never attended a bitcoin conference before, so I really don't know what to expect. However, a few days in Vegas, away from the farm, nice meals and meeting interesting people, what could go wrong? Slight correction. I did attend one bitcoin conference before. It was the Satoshi roundtable in 2017. It was the one where Roger Ver blew up and decided to go all bcash on everybody. At any rate, I met some interesting people and really enjoyed it, but it was very expensive so I haven't attended one since.

Peru elections a bonus for the right, as top two finishers are @KeikoFujimori w. 17% & Lima's former Mayor Rafael Lopez Allafa, a strong libertarian, w. 12%.

I wrote a book. Not a how-to book. Not a course disguised as a book. A 600-page Bitcoin Sci-Fi novel. Five generations of a family fighting the people who promise abundance and deliver debt. It took a while; then I narrated the whole thing myself. Made the audiobook. Made the artwork for every chapter. Built the player it runs on. From scratch. Then I turned it into something that can never be taken down. No publisher can pull it. No platform can delist it. No algorithm decides if people see it. It lives on the same technology Bitcoin runs on. Permanently. I own it. The people who buy it own it. Nobody else gets a say. That's the part most people skip past. They hear "crypto" and think I'm selling ACN phones. I'm not. I built a way to distribute my own work, on my own terms, that no one can shut off. Every artist I know has a story about getting jerked around by a platform, promoter, a label, a distributor, a streaming service that pays you a fraction of a penny and calls it exposure. This is my answer to that. Being an under the ground biggity backpack rapper taught me that "it's a good look for you" is how people pay you when they don't want to pay you. So I stopped waiting for permission. I made the thing. I printed the book. I recorded every chapter. I built the technology to deliver it. Put my music in it. Nobody told me to do this. Nobody funded it. Nobody gave me a grant or a co-sign or a development deal. I just did it. Because that's what you do when you're tired of asking. If you're an artist and you're reading this... you don't need their infrastructure. You can build your own. It's harder. It takes longer. Nobody claps for you while you're doing it, and take it from me you will probably lose some friends. But when it's done, it's yours. Actually yours. Not "yours until we change the terms of service" yours. The book is on Amazon if you want to hold it in your hands. The rest lives on Bitcoin if you want to own it forever. Either way, I made the thing I wanted to make. And anybody can do the same.

@LawrenceLepard This is why we can't get a market structure bill through Congress. Every time it gets close, something like this WLFI scam happens and the Dems say we're not voting for anything that enables Trump's family to make millions rug pulling investors.

Lawrence Lepard, "fix the money, fix the world"
I find it amazing that David Bailey is including Eric Trump as a speaker at the Bitcoin Conference. Such an obvious grifter. Well I suppose birds of a feather...

@DanielDiMartino Absolutely right Daniel. Italian explorer Amerigo Vespucci is who America is named after, which is as American as possible! A guy named Tadeusz Kościuszko, not easy for many people to pronounce, was a great American patriot and hero in the American revolution.
