🚨 I was almost taken hostage in Cuba...
I went to Cuba to document the humanitarian crisis and show life under 60+ years of communism and now amid the US blockade. Once I landed, they seized all my cameras except my iPhone and had intelligence agents following me all day until my security noticed their spies tailing us to the hotel where they waited all night for us to come down.
Under communism there is no free speech, and those who show the reality or speak up are imprisoned. Me going without a planned Cuban government guide nearly got me and my security taken hostage or imprisoned.
The situation in Cuba is much worse than anyone knows.

🇮🇷 Iranian IRGC fast attack boats are still swarming the Strait of Hormuz. Satellite imagery confirms it.
These aren't warships. They're small, fast, and cheap; designed to overwhelm, not outgun. Iran has used this tactic for decades. Swarm the strait with enough of them and even a US carrier group has to slow down and think.
The ceasefire is technically in place. The strait is technically negotiable. The IRGC is definitely still there.

🇮🇷🇹🇷 Iran is charging ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. People keep asking: why can't Iran just do what Turkey does with the Bosphorus? Turkey controls its strait legally. Under a 1936 international treaty that 20+ nations signed, granting Ankara formal regulatory authority. No such treaty exists for Hormuz. Iran is acting on force alone. And the reason no "Hormuz Convention" will ever happen? Even China and India (who hate US sanctions) won't sign a treaty handing Iran legal control over 20% of their oil supply. Turkey got a treaty because the world trusted it. That's the whole difference.
