@caraksha103 This is the problem. They snap their fingers and waste 3 of your hours as commute time per day plus train tickets. But you know what, some people ruined it for all of us by working multiple jobs remote and taking their dogs for grooming sessions in the middle of the day

I never understood hybrid schedules. If the job can be done remotely, why are you forcing me into the office 2-4 days a week? You’d rather pay for office space than put that money toward your employees?
