Well it’s been a hell of a month. Good and bad but I definitely have a whole new appreciation for what goes into “scaling” when ads hit. I’ve always known and felt it second hand but first hand hits different. It’s our first 100k, and 150k and probably going to be 175k month but it’s coming at toll. @AaronJNosbisch hit me and said. “Good news is, we are selling a bunch of product.” “Bad news is, we are going to have to find a place to keep it all and ship it all with an army of people out of Florida.” We’re a small team and doing everything and not at the level to really outsource shit but hopefully that will come soon. We’re on the brink of our largest investment in inventory which is awesome and uncomfortable. ~$300k We’re still dialing in our financials all the way down to having conversations with our Formulator savant was telling me that if we keep increasing order volume we can get our agave cost down from $0.08 to about $0.04 range. It’s hard but it’s going to be worth it 🙏🏽 Thank you to those posting copy and cans and site changes. We listen and take it all in.
