No, it is not. Concept of Evil as opposed to God is purely Abrahamic concept. In Vaishnava science of God, material world is virtual reality of duality for immortal living beings that takes birth to enjoy and suffer its play. It is real and illusionary same time, means actions and reactions have real impact on units of consciousness/souls, but it is illusionary because it is temporary by erasing passage of duality of time. Past\present\future, birth, sustain\death, creation\existence\ dissolution. Our world is not ultimate reality. Ultimate reality is beyond time and matter.
