For years I felt like crap. I was doing all the right things (or so I thought) I had the morning routine, the work blocks, exercise. The issue? I tried doing all of this stuff on top of an already hectic life. I believe we only have a finite amount of space in our life.

@Jonathan_A_Hand @mikementzer80 Yeah but this post is about training frequency and intensity. I myself mainly use barbell compound movements but I am of the opinion that anyone can choose their own method of resistance and gain good results.

Dean is enhanced and also thinks machines are superior to free weights in every way and that’s just factually inaccurate, his entire shtick is machines > weights…yet free weights have been proven time and time again to boost natural testosterone, and improve overall strength and stabilizing muscles more than machines
