A key point was just mentioned... Howard Terminal is at risk of flooding in the future due to sea level rise. It's current uses don't address sea level rise or toxin mitigation. The A's project does address those things. So if they leave it as is, it will be a major issue.

@ryanghensley Totally agree!I don’t play in NFL without hi school T&F Ran hurdles…broad and high jump and sprint relays. Smoothed out my stride and that transferred to other sports. Teaches you a team sport yet your event is individual. No other sport is like this. Hope you’re well Ryan.
