@AmericanAir I complained Sunday about a gate agent so I am going to give high praise today! Flight attendant Brianna on flight 1414 today is the best. Thanks for great customer service today!
@AmericanAir Thank you. I understand that larger than normal bags need to be checked. But several others larger than mine were not pulled. And as I mentioned, it’s been a long trip with multiple flights and this was the only time anyone in my group had trouble. Not trying to be unreasonable

@DFWAirport and @AmericanAir please get your act together. If you want to be considered a premier airport destination, you can’t make planes sit on the taxiway for 30 minutes and claim to be “finding an open gate” when we can see numerous open gates on either side of us.
@AmericanAir I have a quick question. My recent flight (June 28th) from SJD to DFW was delayed overnight. The folks on the phone were awesome though, and told me to just book a room and submit the receipt later. Can’t find a place to submit that receipt. Help?!
@KitchenAidUSA what a mess this has been! Bought a brand new refrigerator @NFMtweets that was installed in June 2017. Fridge stopped working on Dec. 12. We put a claim in for repair, but after 3.5 weeks, still no working fridge! Shouldn't your fridge last longer? Just 2.5 yrs?
Terminal Link at @DFWAirport is the worst. 20 minutes on the curb, 3 express south vans, 2 express north, a couple remote shuttles but still no terminal link. Guess parking at the terminal isn’t worth it after all. Even customs was faster. #DFWFail
