You are wrong, she is using the legal definition of “rights” How do we know??? Because she appeals to the 1945 agreement multiple times in this conversation. Which is a legal argument. And to be clear, I think the legal right is still nonsense, but let’s not pretend we don’t know what she was referencing and it wasn’t a moral position.

International law is a joke and following it is voluntary and it provides no rights. It is enforced merely by voluntary agreements that aren’t worth the paper they are written on.
