Speaking on this more. The reason: Accidentally sent a 30 oz. bottle instead of 40 oz. bottle so customer decided it must be fake!! Smartest person in the world. Contacted customer and assured them it was real and offered to correct our mistake and send the right one. Declined.

The fact that it’s February and i’m already placing PO’s for Q4 is insane. Biggest issue last Q4 (my first real Q4) was that I did not buy enough inventory, truly believe i could have tripled the Q4 revenue and smashed my goals. Will not let that happen Q4 2026! 😈

Fedex tried to deliver a package at 7:08 AM on a Saturday. Obviously I was not there to accept it. Anyone know if there is a way to put hours of operation in the Fedex system so they know when they can just drop shit off and not have to “hand” it to me.
