We’re a 20-year-old dating business. @stripe shut down our account today without warning due to a policy change on their side. (To not work with dating) Thousands of customers are now disrupted. And obviously a huge issue for the business stopping all billing and recurring revenue. There is no phone or chat support available on that account, no human escalation path, no grace window. @stripesupport can someone please escalate this and at least allow a controlled migration?
