@wifiwise I should have made clear on the slide that the picture only shows one of the possible roaming implementation.

@wifispy comparison is really hard.worked in the US and in Europe. generally -> more benefits in Europe, paid for with higher taxes. Companies have higher expenses per employee (than US). In the end salaries are lower, but not as much as when comparing just the salaries.

Can anyone explain why IT pay for Europeans is 20-50% less than American IT pay? Even for CCIE / SME levels where there is a limited pool of candidates? Is jump hopping harder or is there more competition in the market from folks that live in countries with a lower COL?

@WiFivomFranMan Borrow the book. And take the exam. It wasn’t that difficult. Just did the same in October.

Lob an das Social Media Team der @NetComBW was die Erreichbarkeit und Hilfe angeht. Das Kontaktformular war bei weitem nicht so hilfreich.

@CWNP for CWNE recertification: do I also need to get the CWISA? Or are the CE points enough?

@Mac_WiFi I would put it in. Maybe you don’t need it right now. But there is a cost of not implementing. With long release cycles even if nothing goes wrong, you may find that an outdated chip is costly to replace in a short time frame (last time buy!) or maybe no longer available.

Unpopular opinion? I was asked if I see value in adding 802.11ax to our product. Initially I was very excited for OFDMA & TWT but right now see no real-world success or benefit implementing them. Given the increased chip & integration costs I said no. Was I wrong? Change my mind.

@mrTeigen @WIFIQs Only the 3xx series was that glossy. The 5xx series went matte. The 6xx series looks to be something in between. No texture, nice and smoooooooooth
