. @OVOEnergy is a shambles. They sent me a bill 6 months ago for a property I wasn’t living in. Rather than send it to the correct address they have bullied, harassed and outright lied on calls. Debt collection letter comes through today, after they had apparently ceased action.

@OVOEnergy They tell me they cant help as its a gas & electricity contract and I don't have a contract with them! Any decent customer service team would take ownership and resolve not keep passing me back and forward. In fact ill just go to OFGEM.

If the Business Rates U Turn is only on pubs, the rest of the sector will be up in arms! It has to cover all Hospitality. Restaurants, Hotels, cafes, Live Music venues etc…
