@LionelKuti10 @UnkleAyo This happened to me in Ukraine as a medical student I used my passport to buy a car for a car dealer from the border with Poland, 5 years later when I was traveling across the border in a public to Slovakia I was only the one that didn’t continue with the bus.

@OmofurhietaPaul @DukeDarls @OTgenesys1 Why you dey laugh na, make we verify whether to invest abi 😅
English

@DukeDarls @OTgenesys1 Do you have a track record of seeing things that happen?
English

@Dxcmodels @simbazz2op @UnkleAyo That's why the government weaponized poverty. The lack of enlightenment keeps majority of the population in darkness and completely vulnerable to manipulation.
English

@simbazz2op @UnkleAyo The solution is not with people who have phones to watch this 3 people content. The solution is who will take thier messages to the grassroots to people who cant access internet and social media people that cant read and write. They are the majority that carry the vote

@samson_samsen @UnkleAyo For naija you go don see like 10-15 mid ones before you see fine one, nor be lie.

@morenikeji_48 @seyikanbai The people in the CS say she's a pornstar, so idk.
English

@seyikanbai Wait, what is going on in this cs? The guy on white stated he has a girlfriend and she respected that. The black guy starts badmouthing him, so how come y'all are calling her 'bitch' and 'whore'? Like can't you call the other guy out without piling on the lady
The hell?

@ingu100 @DM_1986_ @laura_woodsy My God.
I responded to someone who has used retarded, but you simply turned a blind eye, but, you’re actually blaming a responder lol😂
English

I am happy this is being pointed out.
I’m a big fan of @laura_woodsy and I’ve consistently tweeted that Ally McCoist is my favorite commentator…but Saturday was a disaster.
I genuinely thought I was listening to those guys from AFTV on commentary and punditry.
Aren’t the team supposed to be unbiased?
I thought post-match punditry would even be better but it was worse, terrible.
Telegraph Football@TeleFootball
Saturday’s broadcast was all Arsenal, all the time, thanks to fan presenter Laura Woods and a pundit roster loaded lopsidedly in favour of the north Londonders at the expense of PSG balance, writes Alan Tyers ⬇️ telegraph.co.uk/football/2026/…

Firstly, I appreciate the fact that people read my stuff and even reference my stuff on my behalf on other posts of mine😅. It shows that people learn a lot here. This is appreciated.
Let me give you more examples of Sporting Directors - Coach relationships.
Txiki Begiristain & Pep
Txiki was firstly Pep’s team mate at Barcelona as a player. He retired and became Director of Football at Barcelona. Guess what? He’s the one that appointed Pep as Barcelona coach from the B-Team. Yes, Pep owes him everything because that first job is the most important one. It’s the breakthrough.
Txiki moved to Man City, he appointed Pep later in 2016, and the rest is history. They won everything together. That’s one of the greatest relationships in football. They’ve known each other for like 40 years.
There’s also Monchi & Unai Emery.
Monchi was Sporting Director at Sevilla. You remember when Emery was winning back to back Europa Leagues with Sevilla, yes Monchi was the one working BTS. He hired Emery.
When Emery joined Villa, and saved them from that relegation spot. He REQUESTED for Villa to appoint Monchi in that summer, they listened to Emery, and the rest is what? History.
There’s Richard Hughes and Iraola.
He was Technical Director at Bournemouth, he appointed Iraola after years of monitoring him. Liverpool stole Richard to become their Sporting Director. Richard has now appointed Iraola once again😅
Stick to those who give you success😅
There are other examples, but add yours?
Mountain Man@ClaranceOmii
@tobyasky Remember when you wrote made a post about “special bonds” between coaches and players like Ancelotti and James Rodriguez; I guess there are also bonds between certain technical directors/sporting directors and coaches 😂😂

@jaggsamardi @tjmilky47 @UnkleAyo Most times, 90% of the time, Arsenal fans leave banter and rain abuses and curses on people.
You can't have a clean banter with Arsenal fans without them taking it personal.
English

@tjmilky47 @UnkleAyo But saying Bruno is better than Ozil and KDB, or Caicedo is better than Rice and Odegaard combined, or that you rather watch Tinubu do 2 tenures than Arsenal winning anything is mere banter, right? IIWII mate!
English

@efenedema @tobyasky Yeah, that's how it is in football. Wingers are the highest rated in football, followed by strikers, then midfielders, fullbacks and center backs.
The flashier positions are higher rated.
English

@Mikexofcourse @tobyasky True. But defenders don't get the same adulation and love as strikers and other goal scorers

Sports is like dopamine, its just crazy.
Yaya Toure said on a recent podcast that he wakes up everyday, feeling useless, he probably does not know what to do with his life, he said his kids ask him why he's not happy.
Bro misses the game, he misses the routine, he misses the dressing rooms, he misses 70,000 screaming his name, he misses the adrenaline rush when he hits a 50-yard pass, its just crazy.
Imagine playing football everyday from like 5 years old till 35 years old, you retire and all of a sudden, you don't know what to do with your life, because you've done nothing else all your life. You suddenly become a stranger on earth.
This is why many of them do their coaching badges before they retire, they go right back into it like they never left, others become pundits, commentators, youth coaches, sports ambassador, they just cannot fucking leave the game, its an addiction.
This is what made them who they are, this is what makes them feel important, they miss the love shown by millions of people around the world, so I understand Serena.
Give credit to those who leave it and never look back. Yeah, give credit, because it's hard.

✨ SHE'S BACK! ✨ It's official! Serena Williams has come out of retirement and will play doubles at this year's Queen's tournament.
