did a dance workout for 15 minutes (out of 30) had to stop cause im so out of shape my legs started shaking..... BUT im not angry or mad at myself that I could only do 15 minutes I am PROUD! cause thats 15 more minutes than i did before. I moved my body, instead of bed rotting
