@cheeserdudeLOR Matchup has always felt super Irelia favored to me. I'm most likely the best Irelia player on the planet though so experience varies.

+12 games → 13-4 overall -Dropped 2 to Irelia which feels wrong. -Starting to read opponent hands way better -Record doesn’t mean much on TCGA as skill gap varies a lot But… great start. Learning fast.

@MreMOEtional Yugioh went a step further. If the clock hits zero and your game is still going its a double match loss. Only system that has no avenues for abuse. People play significantly faster now and pretty much never go into time.

Unintentional draws should give 0 points. IDs should still give 1 point, but as soon as a game action is taken then draws should give 0 Get rid of unintentional draws giving a point and you will see how much faster players are all of a sudden

Seeing Riftbound players begging for bans is giving me flashbacks. These mfers didn't live through the vast desert of Shurima 💀💀💀 If we get a banlist at all it will be a miracle directly from heaven.

@GeorgeG_TCG @ImboSliceTCG Atp what else is there to do? We get a banlist for a month then we immediately get Unleashed which will almost certainly be a huge jump in powercreep again.

@ImboSliceTCG I asked this months ago and they gave us a state of the game article that said nothing. Next we’ll get bans that address 10% of the issue.

Is this Set 2's intended gameplay experience?

Thoughts on final match: I think I played the series really well. Game 1 I should have been more suspicious when he rad beamed out a 7k swing and opted to going more aggressive, but otherwise I don't currently recall any mistakes. Probably could have won though if I fished more. Game 2 not much to write home about, I drew well and he didn't. Game 3 is the interesting one. There was a search early on when I was debating bullet string or vergo, and I put down vergo while saying "bullet string". I meant to pick bullet, but put down the wrong card. However, since I was also considering vergo I kinda just let it play out. This ended up biting me a bit because I didn't have an event to discard for rosinante. In overtime, I definitely saw an angle to win due to OT rules. However, I REALLY didn't want to win that way. What happened in the final turn was not a result of me deciding what was the best way to win in OT; what you saw was me having an internal moral dilemma on whether I wanted to win that way or not. I didn't noro the 2nd last WB swing because I was still considering OT win at that point. When he swung the final whitebeard, I said fck it let's try to end the legit way and abandoned my original plan. Happy I stuck to my morals even with so much on the line. That being said, I checked what I would have found with sugar afterwards and it wouldn't have saved me. Tomorrow, I will review the games with extreme scrutiny on what I could have done to win. However tonight, I drink. Cheers to a successful worlds for me and for NA! 🍻

2nd Skirmish win undefeated. Basically the same list. Lost a few games to sloppy play, was having too much fun w my boys couldnt lock in 😔. Tried to find smn more fun but Irelia is the most fun deck by far imo, also idt you're unfavoured into anything if you don't troll.

@SilentKnightTCG Usually people are bad because their theory is bad. Everything else trickles down from there. Good player can not touch a game for a yr, get handed a deck the night b4 an event and make day 2. Avg player cant day 2 with weeks of prep. Reason is 49% genetics, 49% theory, 2% etc

So what in your opinion would best help take your game to the next level? Coaching? Team practice? Or something else entirely?

I had a YCS where I didn't draw a hand with an playable card for the first 2 rounds. When I sat down for round 3 and my opponent asked how it was going. "I'm between, a rope, a gun, or just jumping in front of the train out front. Wbu?" My opponent had already settled on a gun

@ChironTheMage I already have a handful of games I have 4k+ hours in. P much any multiplayer game is an easy shout.
