Our Parents Helpline is open from 09:30am – 4pm, Monday – Friday. Our advisers will listen and talk through your concerns in complete confidence. They can help you understand your child’s behaviour, and give you practical advice on what to do next. And if English is not your first language, you can use our translation service. Call the Helpline and tell us which language you want to speak in – we will phone back within 10 minutes with an interpreter on the call with us. You are not alone.
