@kikoscasino Also as a society, we need to move on from the idea of “forever” being the only metric for a relationship’s success. I had a longterm relationship that ended and I’ve never regretted either its existence nor its ending - that’s not a “failed relationship” to me at all.

@KirkWrites79 Worth mentioning some folks’ fathers also had this problem b/c EVERYBODY was forced into marriage prior to recently+society wasn’t anymore accepting of the gays back then. Plus no way to track their locations so hell yeah it was going down in the bathhouses/churches/jobs/etc lol

And they still don’t to this day. You assume “choices” are black and white. Don’t be dense. If it was that easy this story wouldn’t be so common.
