Matang Mangrove - instead of just being confined to the text book, it's great to bring kids to explore the mangrove. We saw lots of crabs, mudskippers, lokan, lizards and of course the mangrove trees. @DrAmarMOH

Representatives of 11 Chinese secondary schools in Penang have opposed a new directive from the Education Ministry about the Dual Language Programme (DLP). The school board chairperson Koay Hean Eng, speaking on behalf of the representatives who include board members and parent-teacher association (PTA) members at a press conference yesterday, cited a circular dated April 15 on the matter. An anonymous person emailed my firm email address personally just to express how unhappy he was with my opinion that UiTM should open up a one off course for 10 non bumi to resolve a severe shortage of cardiologists specialist doctors in Malaysia because he thinks we need Malay doctors only, amongst other weird statements you can read yourself 😂. May you or your loved ones never get heart disease and needlessly die from the long surgery waiting list, like so many Malaysians for eg as narrated by Dr @abd_jabbar. Healthcare is a human issue, and I stand by my opinion, firmly, without fear or favour.
