My friend has a new side hustle.
Buys expired domain names for $10-$40 on GoDaddy Auctions.
Flips them to businesses for $2,000-$8,000 who don’t realize their old domain is gone.
Does this from his phone. Made $94k last month.
No inventory. No warehouse. No truck.
Why aren’t more people doing this?

@The_Weed_Hottie So take them out of plastic from the store and put them in another plastic box...hmmm.

🍇 Say Goodbye to Mushy Berries! 🍓
Is it just me, or do berries go bad the second you bring them home? 😩 This hack looks like a total game-changer for keeping produce fresh for weeks:
Ditch the plastic: Get them out of those grocery store containers ASAP.
The "Spa Day": Soak them in a baking soda and vinegar bath for 10 mins.
Keep ‘em Dry: Store in a ventilated container with a paper towel at the bottom to catch moisture.
I haven’t snagged these specific "stilted" containers yet, but I’m tempted! What are you all using to keep your fruit from turning into science experiments? Any specific brands or DIY tricks that actually work? 👇

@HealthyAlfred @Ivan_Hrgovic I've never heard that BPC157 regrows cartilage. Where is that study?
English

Lee & Padgett 2021 is 12 patients, uncontrolled. Fair. I stand by citing it — it’s the human data that exists.
“544 studies” comes from a systematic review that screened records, identified studies, and analyzed efficacy across models. That’s not “sloppy shorthand.” That’s how reviews work.
“Zero toxicity” is what 30 years of animal data shows. Every acute, subacute, and chronic dose study found no LD50. If you have a study showing toxicity, post it.
FDA July meeting: you’re right it’s about compounding pathways, not full approval. But compounding legalization IS what makes BPC-157 accessible to patients. That’s the point.
Rat data is rat data. Nobody claimed otherwise. Animal studies are how every drug starts.
The post is accurate. Pushback is welcome. Dismissal based on half-reads isn’t.

Scientists destroyed rat knees on PURPOSE.
Cut the ACL. Cut the MCL. Ripped out the meniscus.
Cartilage gone. Bone eroded. The knee collapsed in 8 weeks.
Then they got BPC.
4 weeks later the joint looked like it had never been touched.
Then they ran it in humans. 7 out of 12 people with chronic knee pain got relief.
What is BPC?
15 amino acids from your own stomach acid. Your body makes a version of this to keep itself alive. Scientists copied it and put it in a vial.
Your knee has screamed for years.
Your ortho offered you cortisone that dissolves more cartilage every shot. Or $50,000 to saw the joint out and bolt in metal.
He never told you a peptide rebuilt destroyed knees in a study published 12 years ago.
Because nobody profits when you heal.
544 studies. Zero toxicity. Kennedy uses it. FDA votes July.
Your surgeon is sharpening his saw for yours.
You’ve been icing a dying joint. Ice doesn’t grow cartilage.
This does.
Took me years to figure this out. Wish I’d known sooner.

This one will hit you right in the perspective…
She has no arms. No legs.
And still shows up, takes care of herself, and handles her business without complaining.
Watching her wash and condition her hair… you realize real quick how much we take for granted every single day.
No excuses. No pity party. Just strength, resilience, and a spirit that refuses to quit.
If this doesn’t make you feel grateful… I don’t know what will. 🙏

@Olly_Tennis_ Is this the annual break he has to start his doping regimen? 🤔🧐

@semprealex_ @Eziodima59 Jannik would have dropped the woman off too. He clearly prefers men.😂

@Eziodima59 Al posto di Jannik avrei fatto scendere la bionda e preso su Carlos. 😂

Alexis Lafreniere has more goals this season (24) than:
- Mitch Marner
- Anthony Cirelli
- Adam Fantilli
- Brady Tkachuk
And the same amount as
- Timo Meier
- JJ Peterka
- Mark Stone
- Nikolaj Ehlers
Not bad for the “bust”

There's a probiotic strain that's been clinically proven to target belly fat.
Not total body weight
Not water weight
Visceral fat -
The dangerous fat packed around your organs.
In multiple clinical trials,
People who took this strain for 12 weeks saw measurable reductions in visceral fat, waist circumference, and body weight.
No change in diet
No change in exercise
Just the probiotic.
The strain is called L. Gasseri.
It naturally lives in your gut and was originally isolated from human breast milk.
A randomized, double-blind clinical trial published in the Journal of Medical Food put it to the test.
One group received L. Gasseri daily.
The other received a placebo.
After 12 weeks?
Visceral fat decreased significantly in the L. Gasseri group.
Waist circumferences shrank.
The placebo group?
No changes.
Separate Japanese research confirmed the same thing -
Fermented milk containing L. Gasseri reduced BMI, abdominal fat, and visceral fat that wraps around your organs.
Why does this matter?
Because not all body fat is equal.
Subcutaneous fat sits under your skin.
Annoying but relatively harmless
Visceral fat is different.
It wraps around your liver, kidneys, and intestines.
It produces inflammatory chemicals that increase your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and the "Big C."
You can look relatively lean -
And still be carrying dangerous amounts of it.
L. Gasseri appears to target this specific type of fat.
But it does more than just that.
It strengthens your gut barrier -
Reducing the leakiness that lets toxins flood your bloodstream.
It suppresses harmful bacteria while supporting the beneficial ones.
It helps regulate appetite hormones -
The signals that tell your brain when you're full.
It may help lower cholesterol by influencing how your body processes bile acids.
And it can reduce IBS symptoms,
Especially abdominal pain.
When your gut is working properly, your metabolism follows.
Here's the problem most people run into:
You can buy L. Gasseri in a capsule.
Most deliver a few billion bacteria per dose.
But most of those bacteria arrive DEAD.
Heat, moisture, shelf time, and stomach acid destroy them before they ever reach your gut.
A few billion sounds like a lot.
It's not.
Your gut contains trillions of microbes.
A few billion is a drop in the ocean.
Not enough to colonize. Not enough to shift the balance.
Dr. William Davis (the physician who wrote "Wheat Belly" and "Super Gut") -
Figured out a better way:
Make your own probiotic yogurt at home using specific strains.
Not a pill
Not a supplement
A highly concentrated probiotic food you make yourself.
His protocol:
Ferment at 109°F for 36 hours.
That extended fermentation time allows the bacteria to multiply far beyond what any capsule can deliver.
Trillions of live cultures per batch.
Not billions. TRILLIONS.
Fresh. Potent. Alive.
A half cup a day is the protocol.
The difference between a capsule and homemade yogurt is like comparing a garden hose to a fire hydrant.
Same water
Completely different force
I've been making my own probiotic yogurt for a few years now.
It was one of the best decisions I ever made for my gut, my digestion, my energy, and my body composition.
I've been saying for 30 years:
Your weight, your energy, your metabolism -
It starts in the gut.
When my gut was destroyed,
Nothing worked.
No diet. No exercise plan. No willpower.
When I fixed the gut?
Everything downstream changed.
Science is finally catching up.
And strains like L. Gasseri are one of the biggest reasons why.

My boyfriend (27M) and I (23F) have been together for three years. I thought everything was fine, but about a month ago, he said he was a little bored and that we needed new stimulation. He said we should both think about this. I thought he meant, like, "let's go camping" and started making plans for something fun to do. But a week ago we talk again, and he says that he's found this girl (19?F) and she's perfect for us. That being with this girl will help him see how much he really loves me, and may even convince him to marry me (I was married for 18 months before and I'm embarrassed about being an ex-wife already).
I really didn't want to do it, but he said, "Oh that figures. It's kind of disturbing how you reject anything new." And that kind of made me feel bad?
Anyway, we finally tried to see the girl on Wednesday. She was okay, but the whole thing was too weird for me. We were sitting there awkwardly, and then out of the blue, he turns to me and commands "take your top off." I couldn't do it. I was way too nervous and everything spiralled from there. The girl left maybe 20 mins later.
Now, it's been a few days, and he won't talk to me. I'm not sure how to make him see I'm sorry.
