From homes to hawker stalls, the poor are paying the price of political arrogance. Bengal does not believe in bulldozer politics. The land of Tagore and Netaji cannot be ruled through fear, force, and demolition drives against ordinary citizens.
What we are witnessing today is an attack on the dignity of the people of Bengal- daily wage workers, street vendors, small shopkeepers, and struggling families who have built their lives brick by brick. The massive eviction drive around Howrah Station, the unrest and anger erupting on the streets of Tiljala and Park Circus, and the growing desperation among those suddenly stripped of shelter and livelihood expose a government more obsessed with optics than humanity.
A government that demolishes first and listens later has forgotten the very spirit of Bengal. Real progress is measured by how a state treats its weakest citizens, not by how quickly it can erase them.
Bulldozers cannot become the language of governance in a state built on culture, compassion, and resistance to oppression.

In Ward Number 1 (Chuchura AC, Hooghly), our local party office was brutally vandalised.
What we witnessed was not just an act of destruction, but a calculated attempt to spread FEAR, INTIMIDATION and political TERROR.
Those trying to silence the voices of the people through hooliganism and violence must remember - Bengal does not bow down to threats.
You CANNOT break the spirit of the people.

After finding out the Facts about Post-Poll violence, the brutal reality that's going on all over West Bengal and getting to know first-hand from many of my colleagues - fellow MPs, officers, PAs with decades of experience, common citizens, I am convinced that what the BJP Govt. to saying to the people, is nothing more than sheer rhetoric. They are not Walking the (Big) talk! I am not surprised that some media houses have given it a 'blind eye' & HOW! I urge the State govt. to assess the ground situation and act unless all this was part of the 'plan'

BJP has waged a war on Bengal.
They have turned the greatest festival of democracy into what can only be described as a military occupation. The Prime Minister. The Home Minister. The entire Modi Cabinet. The senior-most BJP leadership, including Chief Ministers of 16 states. The ED, CBI, NIA, and Income Tax Department. Over 2 lakh Central Force personnel. The Godi Media. The entire Observer apparatus. And above all, a weaponised Election Commission of India.
All of this, for what? To defeat one woman. A woman in plain sarees and chappals, backed by nothing but the love and resolve of 10 crore people. And still, they are failing. Unable to compete politically, they reach for the gutter. The result? Roadside rowdy-romeo language like "Ei Didi", the desperate vocabulary of men who know they have already lost. It is a window into their frustration. All that money, all that muscle, all that machinery, and still no match for the power of the people.
It is this unassailable, indomitable power that will carry our Maa-Mati-Manush party to a historic fourth term.

Today, the soil of Bengal spoke. At Tarakeswar, Kalna, Monteswar, and Bardhaman Dakshin, I spent time with my people. The warmth I received, the voices that rose in unison, the faces full of resolve, I carry all of it within me. This is not merely an election. This is Bengal's answer to those who wish to divide us, diminish us, and dictate to us from afar.
The people of this state have never surrendered their dignity. They will not begin now. In this Bengal of harmony, of syncretic culture, of centuries of coexistence, the politics of fear and hatred has no ground to stand on. The Bangla-Birodhi forces may conspire. But Maa-Mati-Manush will prevail.
I appeal to every son and daughter of this soil to protect Bengal's language, protect Bengal's culture, protect Bengal's future. Cast your precious vote for Ramendu Singha Roy from Tarakeswar, Becharam Manna from Singur, Dr. Karabi Manna from Haripal, Deboprasad Bag from Kalna, Swapan Debnath from Purbasthali Dakshin, Rabindranath Chatterjee from Katwa, Siddiqullah Chowdhury from Monteswar, Apurba Chowdhury (Achal) from Mangalkot, Rasbihari Halder from Memari, Khokon Das from Bardhaman Dakshin, and every Maa-Mati-Manush candidate standing in this election.
Bengal's democratic spirit is unbreakable. Let us vote to keep it that way.

Today, I attended janasabhas at Amdanga and Haripal, and led a padyatra covering Shibpur and Howrah Dakshin in support of our Maa-Mati-Manush candidates. The resounding uludhwani of our mothers and sisters, and the thunderous applause of our brothers, charged the air with an energy and emotion that words can barely capture. It is on the strength of this love, and with these blessings, that we press forward in our mission for Bengal's development.
The zamindars sitting in Delhi have long treated Bengal as an afterthought, a state to be exploited during elections and ignored thereafter. The BJP makes sweeping promises to Bengal every five years, yet when the time comes to deliver, they withhold funds that rightfully belong to this state and its people. This is a deliberate betrayal. The people of Bengal have seen through it, and they will no longer accept it. Outsiders cannot understand Bengal, its soil, its soul, its centuries of culture and resistance. They come here with the politics of division; we answer with the politics of development.
Trinamool Congress has stood by the people of Bengal through every storm, and we will continue to do so. This election is Bengal's moment to speak. To protect our heritage, our rights, and our dignity, I urge every community, every faith, every language to vote for Peerzada Kasem Siddiqui from Amdanga, Dr. Karabi Manna from Haripal, Dr. Rana Chatterjee from Shibpur, Nandita Choudhary from Howrah Dakshin, and joraphool candidates across Bengal.
The time has come to democratically, decisively, and permanently bid farewell to the BJP from Bengal.

Today, at the public meetings in Murarai, Khardaha, Beleghata, and Maniktala, I was deeply moved by the affection, blessings, and love of the people. The spontaneous participation, enthusiasm, and energy of the masses made it abundantly clear that the victory of Maa-Mati-Manush in the upcoming elections is inevitable.
Across Birbhum, North 24 Parganas, and Kolkata, and all over Bengal, people stand united in favour of development and progress. There is no place on this sacred soil for divisive and authoritarian forces. The people are ready to deliver a democratic response to all Bangla-Birodhi conspiracies, and are firmly committed to preserving the path of development and harmony.
Those who seek to snatch away Bengal's rights, undermine democracy to capture power, and defile this land must be firmly resisted. As long as the Maa-Mati-Manush Sarkar remains, no one will be able to halt the welfare initiatives meant for the people.
To safeguard Bengal's language, culture, and heritage, I appeal to all, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, to vote for the Joraphool and elect Mosarraf Hossain from Murarai, Rajendra Prasad Singh from Nalhati, Emani Biswas from Suti, Chandranath Sinha from Bolpur, Fayezul Haque (Kajal Sk) from Hansan, Devdeep Purohit from Khardaha, Kunal Ghosh from Beleghata, and Shreya Pandey from Maniktala.

The Prime Minister and the Home Minister speak endlessly about Nari Shakti. They posture on women’s empowerment and perform outrage for the cameras.
But their conduct tells a different story. The Prime Minister publicly mocks a three-time elected woman Chief Minister with “Didi O Didi,” delivered with visible condescension. The Home Minister echoes it with “Ei Didi,” reducing a respected leader to a taunt.
This is the “Poriborton” the BJP seeks to import into Bengal from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. It is not change, it is a regression in values. An insult to Bengal. An insult to every woman in this state and across the country.
On 4th May, the people of Bengal will deliver a verdict that cuts through this hypocrisy once and for all. And that response will be decisive enough to remind these ZAMINDARS that respect for women is not a slogan, it is a standard!

The soil of Bengal has always been a nurturing ground for harmony, brotherhood, and the conviction that we are stronger together than apart. There is no place here for hatred, division, or the toxic politics of those who profit from both.
The spontaneous presence of people from every community, every caste, every religion, and every background at today's public meetings in Haldia, Barrackpore, Jagatdal, and Jorasanko speaks louder than any speech. They stand with Maa-Mati-Manush. They stand for Swanirbhor Bangla.
This unprecedented turnout has instilled fear in the Bangla-Birodhi Zamindars who have built their entire political existence on division, discrimination, and hatred. Those who seek to undermine democracy, impose dominance, and defile this sacred land will be resisted by the people of Bengal with the full force of their democratic will.
To preserve Bengal's culture, civilisation, and heritage, I appeal to every voter to cast their vote for Smt. Tapasi Mandal from Haldia, Shri Raju Chakrabarty (Raj) from Barrackpore, Shri Somenath Shyam Ichini from Jagatdal, Shri Vijay Upadhyay from Jorasanko, and every single Maa-Mati-Manush candidate across Bengal.
The true driving force of democracy is the unity of ordinary people and their belief in a better future. Let us march forward on this path, with pride, with dignity, and with our heads held high.

At Kharagpur, I addressed internal review meetings for Medinipur and Ghatal with the leaders and devoted party workers who are the backbone of Trinamool Congress.
I said to them plainly that the end is in sight, but that is precisely when complacency becomes the greatest danger. We have fought for the people. We have been on the ground, in every lane, every village, every home. That momentum must not slow. Not in these final days. Not when everything is at stake.
Because let us be absolutely clear about what this election is. This is a battle for Bengal's identity, for the dignity, rights, future, and very existence of its people. This is a fight against communal forces that are conspiring, with cold deliberation, to sow disharmony in a land that has always stood for peace and coexistence.
We must remain united. We must carry the message of peace and prosperity to every single home. We must dismantle their designs with the one weapon they cannot counter. The organised, resolute, and unified will of the people. Trinamool Congress is the only political force that has stood firm against BJP's assault, time and again. We have resisted before. We will resist again. We will prevail.

A brave Bengali BSF Jawan from Malda, serving in the 170 Battalion posted in Ukhrul district of Manipur, was martyred in militant firing. He has left behind his wife and children. Those who lecture Bengal about “PORIBORTON” should first turn their gaze towards Manipur.
The Prime Minister and his Home Minister have all the time in the world to campaign in Bengal, but not a single minute to visit Manipur and bring a lasting solution to the ethnic violence that has been raging for three long years. Nearly 300 people have been killed. Tens of thousands have been displaced and injured.
Before you scream “PALTANO DORKAR” in Bengal, Mr. Modi and Mr. Shah do something meaningful for the hapless people of your “ASHTALAKSHMI” state.

The battle for 2026 is a battle between two RCs.
On one side is the BJP’s RC. Their REMOTE CONTROL to halt Bengal’s rightful funds, disenfranchise legitimate voters through SIR, sow seeds of chaos and communal disharmony, misuse Central Agencies, Central Forces, and democratic institutions, label Bengalis as “Rohingya” and “Bangladeshi” while tormenting innocent migrant workers, repeatedly insult our culture, our icons, our food habits, and our long-held customs. Their Remote Control blares loudspeakers to amplify lies, but goes completely mute when Bengal’s sovereignty and interests are threatened.
On the other side is Trinamool Congress’s RC. Our REPORT CARD. Fifteen glorious years of Unnayon without any help from the Centre. A Report Card of work done, promises kept, dreams realised, and lives transformed. Janasabha covering Jalangi and Domkal in support of Babar Ali and Humayun Kabir (Ex-IPS), the powerful roadshow covering Harishchandrapur and Chanchal for Md. Matebur Rahman and Prasun Banerjee, and the janasabha in Siliguri for Goutam Deb have put the writing clearly on the wall.
The Remote Control is finished in this land. The Delhi Zamindars can keep pressing buttons from afar. But Bengal will decide its future, with pride, with resolve, and with the Joraphool.

It is as strange as it is revealing that Narendra Modi and Amit Shah seem to locate Bengal on the map only when elections are around the corner. They descend upon Bengal with their suitcases of lies, their entourages of cameramen and teleprompters, delivering rousing sermons and grand promises. And then, without exception, they vanish without a trace.
But where are they when North Bengal is ravaged by floods? When legitimate citizens are served NRC notices by Foreigners Tribunals? When genuine voters are harassed, humiliated, and disenfranchised? When tea garden workers are denied their Provident Fund dues by the Central Government? When people are shot dead in cold blood by Central Forces?
Nowhere. Because they were never here for the people. They were here for the votes. It is only Trinamool Congress that has stood beside the people, in every crisis, at every hour, without condition and without calculation. The Bangla-Birodhi Zamindars DEMAND your votes without DELIVERING anything in return. Our Maa-Mati-Manush Sarkar DELIVERS without DEMANDING anything in return.
That was, is, and will always be the fundamental difference between us. And that is exactly why the people of Natabari, Jalpaiguri, and Kumargram will place their trust in Joraphool candidates Shri Sailen Barma, Shri Krishna Das, and Shri Rajeev Tirkey. They have made their decision known.

North 24 Parganas and Nadia have spoken loud and clear today. Their verdict is already delivered. The people of Bengal will not bow to the falsehoods manufactured in Delhi. We will not be intimidated by their smear campaigns. And we will never forget.
Through the brutal weapon of SIR, these Bangla-Birodhi forces have harassed, humiliated, and tormented our people. Those who gamble with the lives, dignity, and democratic rights of the people of Bengal have no place in this land of peace, harmony, and self-respect.
The people will respond democratically and decisively against this politics of division, deprivation, and discrimination.
This is a fight for the people of Bengal, people of every caste, creed, class, and religion. This is a fight to safeguard our identity. This is a fight to protect Babasaheb Ambedkar's Constitution and our democratic fabric. This is a fight to uproot the oppressive, authoritarian BJP once and for all.
I appeal to every voter in Bengal to vote on the Joraphool symbol with full strength. Vote for our Maa-Mati-Manush candidates, Shri Subhankar Singha (Jishu) from Chakdaha, Dr. Atindra Nath Mondal from Kalyani, Dr. Rajib Biswas from Haringhata, Shri Biswajit Das from Bongaon Uttar, Smt. Rituparna Addhya from Bongaon Dakshin, Shri Jyotipriya Mallick (Balu) from Habra, and Shri Narayan Goswami from Ashoknagar.
Every vote for the Joraphool is a vote for development, dignity, and an unbreakable Bengal.

With the people as my strength and democracy as my path, I stepped forward today to file my nomination.
Everything I have worked for has always been centred around the well-being of my people. It is their trust, their affection, and their support that continues to guide this journey to protect Bengal’s progress and to stand firm against the Bangla-Birodhi forces that seek to take it backwards.
The love and blessings I received today were a powerful reminder of what we stand for; a Bengal that chooses unity, dignity, and development. In Bengal, every caste, every creed, every religion stands equal and that is our biggest strength and our identity. And today, this is a fight for democracy, for your identity, for your home, and for your rights, a fight we must win together.
I urge every citizen of Bengal to support our Trinamool Congress candidates across the state and strengthen this collective resolve for continued progress.
