#ProjectHailMary directors showed a nearly four-hour cut of the movie to fellow filmmakers, "which was embarrassing." They received a unanimous note: "Get it way shorter." “Our first official test screening went great, but we do a lot of earlier screenings for friends and family and other filmmakers and writers,” Chris Miller explained. “This movie was massive. When we finally got the assembly cut down to under four hours long, we subjected some filmmaker friends of ours to a three hour and 45 minute cut of the movie, which was embarrassing.” Phil Lord added: "You just don’t know how the scenes are going to land with an audience. @IGN this is honestly news for children here. AI tools are PERVASIVE across nearly all studios releasing a substantial game. Whether that be code generation, art gen etc. - its here. Its not going away. All you're really asking is "please remove the art asset bits before release".

Crimson Desert apologize for AI art found in the game.
"Our intention as always been for any such assets to be replace, following final work and review by our art and development teams..."
- These were 2D props used in "early-stage iteration using experimental AI generative tools."
- Used only to rapidly explore "tone and atmosphere in earliest phases of production.
- Updated assets will be rolled out in upcoming patches.
