Why I choose to take nattokinase OVER a statin ⬇️ “In this clinical study involving 1,062 participants, our objective was to examine the efficacy of nattokinase in atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia and safety at the dose of 10,800 FU/day after 12 months of oral administration.[8] We found that nattokinase at a dose of 10,800 FU/day effectively managed the progression of atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia with a significant improvement in the lipid profile. A significant reduction in the thickness of the carotid artery intima-media and the size of the carotid PLAQUE was observed. The improvement rates ranged from 66.5 to 95.4%‼️ Nattokinase was found to be ineffective in lowering lipids and suppressing atherosclerosis progression at a dose of 3,600 FU/day. (Meaning lower doesn’t aren’t worth your time) The lipid-lowering effect of nattokinase was more prominent in subjects who smoked, drank alcohol, and subjects with higher BMI.” The sicker the patient, the better they did!!! This study is the main reason I’ve added nattokinase to my ‘core 6’ stack of daily supplements. I choose to take nattokinase OVER a statin. Natural > Made in a lab

I agree, but it is tough watching the city (anyone who grew up on Long Island just calls it “the city”) fall apart like this. It is full circle back to late 1970s & even worse. Rudy had it so cleaned up. Watching it fall completely apart & being headed by an Islamic extremest socialist is does not even make compute in my mind. 🤯

It was a delight to spend time with Marina Sirtis, Jeri Ryan, and Michelle Hurd talking about Star Trek’s enduring legacy and the extraordinary fans who have carried it forward through the years. It lives because of all of YOU. If Star Trek has meant something to you, I’d love to hear your story. Visit WilliamShatnerAndYou.com to find out how you can still be part of my new book.

The fact that you are reaching out to MTG & Tucker as conservative voices rather than the off the rails nut jobs that they are, proves that down to your soul, you’re an evil retard. Thank you Mr. President for keeping a nuclear weapon out of Iran’s hands. Unlike this guy’s hero who sent them a plane full of cash

Trump backed down. No credit to Congress, which barely made a whimper. Credit to the American people—progressive activists & anti-war conservative voices like @TuckerCarlson, @mtgreenee, and many more. We need an anti-Epstein class, anti-war, pro-working class coalition.

This post will cause a shitstorm for sure. In a very small window, maybe 86-88 I sort of agree. Under Kevin Rooney he was a very bad man. He had the defense & quickness to match his vicious power. He was also very smart an tactical breaking down an opponent. During those years he’d have a fair shot against anyone in history.

It is almost hysterical that we are all looking at the power plants in Iran. When was the last or ANY time Trump has given targets to the enemy? MASTER at negotiation and strategy and most importantly, he knows the value of surprise in war. While they make human chains … we will be taking assets. He has had this target since the 1980s. (Speculation only) but i would be shocked if he hits when and where he told them he would. Let them make their human chains. No one is coming for them. Perhaps i am wrong, but he is great at this game.

Dear lady, Up until recently as an Italian American I’ve had the utmost respect for you. Western Europe is at a crossroads. You either fail with bad immigration, energy & globalist policies like the UK, France, Germany & Spain or you make a 180 degree break and take Italy back from the brink. The USA is going to realign its partners with only free loving nations. Which side will you choose to be on?

The more that is coming out about this “pilot rescue” — it’s looking like a massive disaster of a failed operation that the Pentagon is lying about that had nothing to do with rescuing a General. Independent journalists need to prod this Top Gun narrative. This may explain why Trump was enraged on Easter and demanding an end to satellite imagery.
Arnaud Bertrand@RnaudBertrand

So, if I got that right, here's the narrative: - A US F-15E fighter jet got shot down over Iran, despite Trump saying 2 days beforehand in his nationwide address that Iran has "no anti-aircraft equipment. Their radar is 100% annihilated." (apnews.com/article/donald…) - The plane's weapons systems officer - a "highly respected Colonel," according to Trump - ejected from the plane and got "seriously wounded" (still according to Trump: @realDonaldTrump/116351956955900185" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…) - He still managed to "hike up a 7,000-foot [2.1km] mountain ridgeline and hide in a crevice" in the Zagros Mountains, despite his wounds (time.com/article/2026/0…) - U.S. MQ-9 Reaper drones started killing all "Iranian military-aged males believed to be a threat who got within three kilometers of [the American's location]" (x.com/ByChrisGordon/…) - To retrieve him the U.S. managed to seize an "abandoned airport," 200 miles deep inside Iran, near Isfahan (bbc.com/news/articles/…), which happens to be where Iran's largest atomic scientific center is located (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isfahan_N…) - They landed two MC-130 military transport planes in that airport (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…) in an operation involving "hundreds of special forces troops and military personnel" (time.com/article/2026/0…) - Both MC-130 planes got "stuck in the sand" and the U.S. destroyed them themselves "to prevent them from falling into Iranian hands" (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…) - They deployed "three new aircraft to extract all the U.S. personnel" on the ground (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…) - There are videos circulating online of "heavy clashes" with presumably Iranian missiles raining down in Kohgiluyeh County, in the Zagros Mountains during that night (x.com/Afshin_Ismaeli…) - Iran sent pictures of the aftermath at the "abandoned airport" and it's a sight of utter destruction, with US plane and MH-6 helicopter parts scattered all over the ground, still smoking (turkiyetoday.com/region/wreckag…). Iran claims they are the ones who in fact destroyed all the aircraft. - Meanwhile a second U.S. plane, an A-10 Warthog, also crashed on Friday near the Strait of Hormuz according to two U.S. officials speaking to the NYT (#47863db0-d61e-51bf-b7e1-6c4a9dc988e7" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">nytimes.com/live/2026/04/0…). In that instance too the lone pilot was apparently "safely rescued." - In all this, after the multiple planes and helicopters destroyed or shot down, the documented heavy clashes, the "hundreds of special forces troops and military personnel" operating deep inside Iran, not a single US soldier was reported killed "or even wounded" (according to Trump: @realDonaldTrump/116350133044957842" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…). - And the 'highly respected Colonel' this was all for? No name. No photo. No interview. Nobody has spoken to him nor knows who he is. So to sum up: anti-aircraft equipment that supposedly didn't exist shot down an F-15 (and, apparently, an A-10 Warthog the same day). A seriously wounded man climbed a 2.1km mountain. The US seized an airfield 200 miles inside a country it's at war with, next to one of its most strategic nuclear sites, and deployed hundreds of troops all apparently unimpeded. Lost two planes to "sand" and destroyed their own helicopters. Videos show heavy clashes, missiles raining down - but not a single person got "even wounded". And the man at the center of it all? Nobody knows who he is, completely anonymous, zero pictures, but Trump says he is "SAFE and SOUND." And so is the rescued A-10 Warthog pilot, who also remains anonymous. Trump concludes this all proves the US has "achieved overwhelming Air Dominance and Superiority over the Iranian skies" (@realDonaldTrump/116350133044957842" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…), despite the whole episode only happening because Iran shot his planes out of the sky. Basically, the only thing that's "overwhelming" here is the audacity of the storytelling...

Dr. Jack Kruse says bodybuilders die decades earlier than the average person. His friend Charles Poliquin is proof. • World-class physique • Looked like a Greek statue • One of the most famous strength coaches alive Kruse told him repeatedly he was going to die before 60. He died of a heart attack at 58. Kruse says the pattern is everywhere: • NFL players die early. • Professional wrestlers die early • Gorillas die 20-30 years earlier than hhumans They all look jacked. They all die young. Kruse says the reason is physics. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. When you pack mitochondria into muscle, you are stealing that energy from your brain and heart—the two organs that actually determine how long you live. He points to Kleiber's law. Every mammal on Earth gets the same number of heartbeats in a lifetime. Gorillas have far more muscle than humans. They also die 20-30 years sooner. Nature chose brain over muscle for longevity. "Go find me anybody who's 85 years old that looks like that. You're going to find like not a lot of people." The longest-lived humans on Earth are small people with belly fat. Not bodybuilders. "Where you bury your mitochondrial density is the key." — Dr. Jack Kruse (@DrJackKruse) on the Danny Jones (@JonesDanny) podcast PS: If interested in content like this, follow me as I continue sharing unconventional health insights you won't find anywhere else on X.
Goku@ProjectGokuu

Dr. Jack Kruse just revealed how blue light hijacks the dopamine reward pathways in your brain. Your phone, laptop, and TV are all running on a light that keeps your dopamine low by design. He says this was engineered on purpose. Kruse is a neurosurgeon who traced where this blue light display technology came from: 1) In the 1950s, DARPA funded IBM to develop liquid crystal displays using blue light. Side note: DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. They build military technology. The internet started there. 2) In 1995, DARPA gave the search algorithm to two Stanford students who founded Google along with this technology 3) Today, Meta and Google own the patents on how this light is delivered through every screen you use. Kruse asked one question no one in tech has answered. Why does every screen on Earth default to blue light? You need third-party software just to get red light on your own device. Kruse says the reason is simple. Blue light at specific frequencies makes screens addictive. It lowers dopamine over time. It makes users more compliant and easier to influence. DARPA wants it sticky so people can be programmed through the content they consume. He says 55% of the American population has already been affected by screen technology in exactly this way. The blue glow on your face right now isn't accidental. According to Kruse, it never was. — Jack Kruse (@drplebjack) on the Danny Jones (@JonesDanny) Podcast

I hope the public was paying attention today, watching thousands of "doctors" post about how they take statins. No symptoms, no signs, no pathology, just because. A bunch of young, healthy, "educated" individuals with medical degrees, shamelessly promoting pharma. Whores. Doctor's are men who prescribe drugs, of which they know little, for illnesses, of which they know less, to humans, of whom they know nothing.

I congratulate @realDonaldTrump on the rescue of a brave American pilot by America’s courageous warriors. All Israelis rejoice in this remarkable operation. It proves that when free societies act with courage and determination, they can overcome the forces of darkness and terror. This operation reinforces a sacred principle: no one is left behind. As someone who was wounded in such a mission and lost my brother in the Entebbe rescue, I know what a bold decision this was. My dear friend, once again your leadership brought a great victory to America. I salute you. We all do.
