This morning at PIT, so many TSA employees expressed their appreciation for standing with them and shared their financial hardship. End this ridiculous DHS shutdown NOW. Pay these hardworking TSA agents and all DHS employees who collectively keep our country more secure.

Last month, a known illegal alien stabbed a 41-year-old mother to death at a bus stop in Fairfax County, VA. Her name was Stephanie Minter. Officials REFUSED to let ICE deport him. Last year, sanctuary jurisdictions across the country refused to honor over 17,000 detainer requests for criminals like this. @SenateDems have shut down DHS to fight for Stephanie's killer, not her. It's time to put Americans FIRST.

We have lodged an arrest detainer requesting sanctuary politicians NOT release Jose Medina-Medina, a Venezuelan criminal illegal alien arrested for killing 18-year-old Sheridan Gorman in Chicago, Illinois. Medina-Medina shot and killed Gorman Thursday morning while she was walking in a park with friends. Medina-Medina approached her while wearing a mask and armed with a gun. As she attempted to flee, he fired his gun and shot her. Gorman was pronounced dead at the scene. Medina-Medina should have never been in our country, but was RELEASED into our communities by the Biden administration. He was then released AGAIN following an arrest for shoplifting in Chicago, Illinois. Illinois sanctuary politicians and Governor Pritzker must work with us to ensure this public safety threat is NEVER released back into our neighborhoods again.

As a father, I grieve for Sheridan’s parents for this unspeakable tragedy. This was a failure of not holding criminal migrants accountable and not protecting the public—and another tragic reason why I was the Dem lead on the Laken Riley law.

She wasn’t in the “wrong place” at the “wrong time”. She was an American college student taking a walk in public with her friends, which every American should be able to do without the fear of being murdered by criminal illegals. Sheridan Gorman was only 18 years old.
