@EssexPR It was the manager with lots of Premier League experience that got us here. The current one is trying to get us out (but also failing). The weak mentality of the players is the problem, and has been for a long time.

Whoever signed off on a manager with zero premier league experience— has probably just cost us as a club, hundreds of millions of pounds. A truly monumental act of stupidity. #COYS

I don't see how this is not a potential bug in the way $STRC works and MSTR will need to figure some workaround along the lines I suggested. I think it's extremely dangerous to be shorting $MSTR right now. At any time Saylor could choose to raise Strategy's Amplification to 50%. Let $STRC do the leg work and raise a billion every week. Use the common stock ATM sparingly. All this with Bitcoin about to breakout...

Carriage for Tudor. Has to happen. Spurs wanted to give Igor Tudor four more games, starting with this one. He doesn’t deserve even one more game. He doesn’t actually deserve one more half. That half was humiliating. 4-1 down and should be down to 10 men. Spurs were bad under Thomas Frank. Tudor’s made them worse. Wrong selections, wrong tactics. Some sympathy for Antonin Kinsky; should never have started. Crazy decision by Tudor to pick him. And now he’s crushed him. Like his team, Tudor has no defence. He has to go. Now. But the problem runs far deeper than a coach patently out of his depth and urgently needing put out of his misery. Players have to take more responsibility - why is Micky van de Ven flying in recklessly like that? Spurs dragged down by a lack of leadership throughout the whole club: from dressing-room to board-room via those in charge of recruitment and those in the dug-out. Dismissing Tudor is an easy decision for the board to make. It's the obvious decision. The difficult decision is who should replace him? Fans want Mauricio Pochettino but he's otherwise engaged. Help needed. We have been speaking with our various different advisers and also some of the large retail brokers behind the scenes as there has been some confusion if stamp duty should be paid when buying #SWC shares. Our understanding is that stamp duty is not paid for 3 years from our LSE listing. Looking at the HL website and seeing comments from others online about AJ Bell (the two largest retail brokers) it looks like stamp duty is now not being applied. If true then this is positive and the way we believe stamp should be treated for a newly listed company on LSE. Can I ask for some help from anyone with a HL or AJ Bell account to do a test purchase this morning so that we have clarity that the two largest brokers are not charging stamp duty and then that should mean that we have a definitive answer and any brokers then with the stamp duty being applied can be pointed towards these examples. Please note that this was a change in the recent budget and I believe we are the first UK stock to then not have stamp on a Main Market listing so the stamp issue is not wholly unexpected. Thanks.
