$STRC is hitting an inevitable structural ceiling. Demand exhaustion and diminishing buying volume over the last month have left it defenseless against post-ex-dividend selling pressure. Why? 1. Cash reserves are bleeding fast, now down to just 15 months. The weight of scale-driven dilution and looming BTC sale requirements is finally closing in, and the market can smell it. 2. The “HODL forever” narrative that secured the majority of Saylor's capital is about to break. 3. Bitcoin simply isn't performing well enough to mask the scale-driven cracks in Saylor’s model, cracks that have now become structural. In my view, Strategy’s approach has partially fueled Bitcoin’s underperformance by wrapping it inside the exact same debt-driven, dilution-heavy fiat system it was built to escape. Honestly, it's the inevitable fallout of the first iteration of Bitcoin in traditional capital markets. The good news is the second iteration will truly reflect Bitcoin’s principles, optimise shareholder value, and contribute to its necessary evolution into a global monetary network.

I have $54k liquid money in $MSTR. That puts me in the top 15% for my age in liquid money. I can do many things by selling $MSTR. But why choose death? Elon, Bezos, Saylor, and many billionaires keep their wealth in volatile assets. Volatility keeps me alive! $MSTR

Sometimes I go to bed at night and thank my lucky stars that I was able to buy 32 shares of $MSTR at an average price of just $207. They could easily be worth 5X that a year from now.

All the noise about Strategy selling Bitcoin was wasted energy. They will continue to be the largest buyer of Bitcoin on the planet. 1 million Bitcoin on the balance sheet before the end of the year. The bears never learn.

First, Strategy was a Ponzi because they paid out dividends with capital raised through common ATM ("new investors"). Now, they are a Ponzi because they maybe sell some BTC for the dividends? A Ponzi isn't backed by reserves. And Strategy is transparent about the risks.

One view of Saylor saying he might sell a little BTC to fund divs is that by showing even a little counter-cyclicality he's demonstrating some discipline, which may reduce the catastrophe tail risk a bit; ie, less likely he'll get himself into a forced-seller situation ultimately
