If you were predicting based on those factors you would guess the US would see: A rise in cases but a suppressed amount of hospitalizations. The very small group of unvaccinated people who never had omicron would be most at risk. 6/

18 months ago irresponsible and wrong to say: -Covid similar to flu -Many people hospitalized/dying have positive tests, not sick from Covid - Most important to protect the vulnerable Omicron is different. Now: That's basically correct. Covid is adapting to us, we need to adapt.
