Time for excuses is nearing an end.
Our petition is up to 1,214 signatures.
We need everyone in boxing to show up to these calls, lobby Congress, and plan to show up in DC with us.
If you don’t boxers money will become UFC money.

Everyone in boxing: "I vehemently oppose this new bill." Also everyone in boxing when they are asked to take any action opposing it, including just being on a conference call: "Yeah, I already have a thing I have to do that day."

The UFC antitrust lawsuit just got more INTERESTING 🧐
Dominance MMA, Ali Abdelaziz’s management company, was subpoenaed as part of the case Johnson et al. v. Zuffa, LLC (Reference: ECF 216, ECF 226 & ECF 245)
The fighters suing the Zuffa/UFC want Dominance to hand over:
🔸Emails + texts with the UFC
🔸Negotiations involving fighters
🔸Communications about contracts, sponsorships, payments, etc.
🔸Anything showing UFC influence or pressure on fighter decisions
This past August, Dominance MMA filed a 30-page legal objection arguing they shouldn’t have to turn over the documents.
Their key arguments in the filing:
🔸Dominance says they are a tiny company with virtually no staff
(“We only have ONE employee and 7–12 independent contractors.”)
🔸They claim complying would shut the business down
(“Responding would require thousands of hours, disrupt operations, and cost six figures.”)
🔸The plaintiffs offered to pay a vendor, Dominance MMA still said “no”
🔸They say many docs aren’t in their possession and legally belong to fighters or sponsors
(“We do not have legal custody or authority to disclose these documents.”)
🔸They argue the fighters should get these docs from the UFC directly
(“Discovery should come from a party to the case, not a third party.”)
🔸They also say many requested docs are irrelevant and overly broad
(“This is a fishing expedition.”)
But here’s the twist:
The court did not let Dominance off the hook.
A new order was filed that sets deadlines forcing Dominance to cooperate.
🕰️ Court schedule now locked in:
1️⃣ By October 27, 2025 – Dominance must:
🔸Identify which phones, laptops, apps, and accounts hold relevant info
🔸Identify every person/device that could contain responsive documents
2️⃣ By November 3, 2025 – Both sides must agree on:
🔸A vendor to collect/search the data
🔸The search terms (keywords) to pull evidence
🔸Hit reports to show what’s being found
3️⃣ By November 17, 2025 – Dominance must
🔸Provide enough info for a document-collection schedule
4️⃣ By November 18, 2025 – Everyone must meet and
🔸Finalize exact deadlines for document production
🔸Produce a privilege log if they withhold anything
5️⃣ Any disputes?
🔸The parties meet again before involving the court.
In short, Dominance MMA said:
“We’re too small, too busy, and can’t legally release this stuff.”
The court said:
“Too bad. Turn it over. Here are your deadlines.”
This is significant because Dominance MMA manages perhaps more UFC fighters than any other management team and has been involved in countless contract negotiations, including multiple champions.
If emails or docs reveal UFC influence over managers or negotiations?
That changes everything.
This lawsuit isn’t just about fighter pay, it may potentially expose if the UFC maintains control over fighters through their management.

Let’s debate this so called “fairy tale” Andy and the judicial findings you admit you ignored.
Any show you want.
You are clearly lobbying for @TKOGrp, and we lobby only for fighters that you are supposed to protect.
Let’s do it Andy.

"I tell you this to let you know that the idea that boxers are now making a lot more than MMA fighters—or UFC fighters in particular—is false. That is a fairy tale. It’s a fable. It’s not true. I’ve got the numbers." Andy Foster on the purse comparisons between boxing & MMA.
