VIRTUAL SPORTS DAY - SOCK OLYMPICS! Sports day is looking a little different this year! I’ve planned a virtual sports day, focused around events that only require a ball of socks🧦✨ This enables all children to take part and promotes competition for those in school & at home☺️

Did you know that May marks Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) month? I have HSD, and the symptoms I most commonly experience are recurring joint dislocations, chronic pain, fatigue, + brain fog. I’m also the author of children’s books starring disabled kids! (1/?)

My grandpa who is 85 started making this rock map of Scotland in 1992.He collected rocks during amateur geology trips over 30 years. He says it had to be geologically correct and also aesthetically pleasing.He asked if I could share online as He wants to go viral so please share
