@AdamGoodridge18 @Trudgeteacher This. Comparing grade on entry vs exit, I have found zero correlation. Even had a Grade 6 get an A* because of how motivated he was. A lot of G8/G9 also have a tough workload with chem, phys and other challenging A-Levels - they burn out.

@Trudgeteacher Think many struggle more with the increase in effort needed for the demands of A-level maths. More so those students who found GCSE relatively straight forward and therefore didn't have to put as much effort into learning. We use this quote 👇

@mdawesmdawes I would say cubic and triangular. From a grammatical perspective, they are adjectives preceding the noun "numbers".
