@GAMEHelps where do I even start... website is terrible, no webchat, returns and refunds page sends you in circles and there is clearly a text recognition in emails sent so they're not diverted properly. Tell me what I need to do to get someone to answer my questions on returns!

@easyJet When we finally got on the flight, there was space for bags, we needn't have crushed items to fit them in and meant we were left without things we wanted for the flight (headphones, book, charger etc...) all of which was easily accessible in our handbags before we decanted them
