@AmazonHelp I am. I booked the day off to receive this delivery and have been tracking it. The drivery driver yesterday at least called me. This one marked that I had incomplete delivery but extra details were put in and everything was there. Now I have to organise tomorrow's delivery.

Annoyed at the fact I put EVERY detail possible in the delivery instructions yet the driver marked it as incomplete. Customer service uses automated chat and voices and is useless. Funny the complaints page on @AmazonUK can't be found. Rethinking my prime membership.

Mummy mode was fierce today.

Legit ignored most of the morning by my kids just to be sent off with a symphony of cries and screams as I left to go work. Shhhh.

Everyone keeps telling me at work I look too young to have "kids". Don't get it wrong mate, I had one pregnancy and that was enough. #TwinMum

Today I cycled from Maida Vale to South Kensington. Although Hyde park was pretty, being drenched in sweat was not. An ambitious attempt to get into work on time during a tube strike. I was an hour late. Fail.

So my Luna was watching @chrissyteigen's recent IG post and kept pointing and saying Mummy repeatedly. Don't know whether to be happy because she thinks I'm that pretty or offended because I'm that fat enough to look pregnant. Either way I'll take it. 😅
