An amazing week at SSERC Biology Summer School- terrific group of teachers from all over Scotland threw themselves into 3 days of practical sessions at SSERC and @EBSOClab - lots of new ideas and connections with other teachers. Thank-you to you all - it was a blast.

@jeamer2 Well! I actually forgot to leave the gummy bear overnight on Tuesday for my class the next day so on Wednesday morning I put the middle bear in water for 6hrs and the 3rd bear is after being left overnight in water which we looked at today. Quite cool to compare with the kids!

SQA past paper magic trick!🔮Copy the barcode on the front of the paper and paste it into a Google’s search. Click on the result “Subject Spell check on”. This will allow students to type in their answer directly on the past paper. They can then save this to be marked later. ✅
