@cmcalgary Me in early December. I’ve missed 12/18 shifts in the last month and a bit due to sinus and then gi bug. Also hard since I’m a nurse then leaving the units short staffed.

I know 3 people (adults) that are sick as hell right now, but thus far have tested negative for covid. Really sore throat, sinuses messed up, very tired/fatigued, watery eyes - and their teeth hurt. That's a weird one. Anyone else seeing/feeling it? #yyc #yeg #banff #abpoli

@medsurgmania In my area up in Canada, LPNs have almost a full scope as RNs except some cardiac medications, pushing glucose and being in charge. We’ve utilized this in the past and it can work great if both nurses pull their weight. Otherwise it sucks. We did this on cardiac medicine.
