A great day had by all. Lots of fun activities followed by tea then Thurston’s Got Talent before barn time. Children off to bed now some pictures will follow. Also we’ve had no issues with weather it has been pleasant conditions all day. @simonsideschool @ThurstonOEC

Another day of activities today here @ThurstonOEC we’ve two groups having an adventure to Cathedral Quarry and one rock climbing then off to canoe on the lake. The weather hasn’t effected us - it is just a bit wet and cloudy.@simonsideschool pics to follow

The children are busy enjoying an ice cream or hot chocolate after rowing across the lake, and learning lots of Coniston history. A perfect way to end our final full day at Thurston! @simonsideschool @ThurstonOEC @MrRHoward

When Grizedale met Langdale before the caves!! Both groups were so brave walking in the pitch black. They only had a wall and friend to guide them. @simonsideschool @ThurstonOEC

This week, during No Outsiders Week, Reception have been looking at Families. We had lots of fun creating a recipe for a special family. They had lovely ideas! @simonsideschool
