I don't mind being put on hold, it's not great but it happens. However what I do object to is the hold music stopping every 15secs to be told 'your call is important to us'. I like this song, let me listen to it. 20mins on hold and the constant interruptions is driving me mad.

@jonworth @pdfguru @trainmad25 @seatsixtyone Also, during spring 2020 you could travel on a ferry with a bike but not as a foot passenger. Have we had any update from @EurostarUK about this and when the service will be resumed?

So if I'm going to take a touring bike and luggage to Andermatt in May to start my Rhine trip, should I fly or take the train? Train seems the obvious environmental choice, but I've no environmental claims or credentials. I'm also concerned about ease of travel.

@namirem Very difficult. We don't have exams, but the students then just focus on the assignment and don't enjoy the learning journey.

Can we shape young people as well as teach them? Guide. Discuss. Listen. It seems more than ever secondary students need this. Who out there offers non exam teaching / guiding time - in whatever guise - in the school week?
