I have made ‘Shadow’ papers of my ‘Predicted topic’ papers and then using solutions from my original, made ‘Problem Pair’ papers (‘Backward-Faded’ but my students are more familiar with ‘problem-pair’).

Top tips for maximising Year 11 time that we have found effective over the year. The first one is a timetabling one so probably a bit late now...

@hartmaths @SparxMaths @mathsjem @draustinmaths @KerryDunton @MsT31415 @BrookeEHunter Exam practice once a week in lessons. This, along side showed homework had probably had the biggest impact. I have a thread on my feed somewhere of our year 11 strategies.

@mathsjem It's a really interesting one. Great time saver but I do wonder how an ect for example would manage the feedback. Trying not to get them to fixate on the DP without the 121 conversation. Will they know how to improve without the face 2 face. Do you have coaching in your school?

@Miss_L_Jacobs I was only shown the form for a minute but I believe it asked for two strengths and one development point or thing to think about. I said that in a 15 min drop in with a fab teacher I might not see any specific development points and they said the field wouldn’t be compulsory.
