@MissingPundit

What should've been said in Colorado punditry. Yeah, I'm looking at you, Denver Post ed board. And how many panel shows does the Independence Institute get?

History is full of smart and savvy people blundering into disastrous conflicts or bungling necessary wars. We’ve got Trump. Sleep tight.

Let’s check back in on this tweet after June 30. The Justice Democrats might be making a bigger indictment of the caucus and assembly process than they realize.

29-year incumbent Diana Degette was 7 votes away from not even making the ballot tonight — @MelatKirosCO won 2x her votes & has the momentum. Like Melat said: "Every advance this party has ever made was because someone was willing to push past what was settled, safe & familiar."

For example, this interview was a good one. I can’t tell in the trolling worldview whether Tim Hernandez is corrupt, or maybe it’s Kyle Clark. 9news.com/video/news/loc…

I guess it’s worth saying this aloud now, but this is not a good thing, and the people cheering for it might not be good people. #copolitics

It's so enraging because anyone who paid attention knew what we were potentially doing to ourselves. You have to ask yourself and your friends if their eyes were on the ball in 2024.

@KBBColorado Merry Christmas. I'll pray for our redemption and our country. Hopefully Trump doesn't hurt anything you care about.

@MissingPundit I do know exactly what I'd say...the same thing. You can't refuse to cooperate and not expect the federal government to embrace its own rights. Our system is a balance between fed authority and states' rights. Feel free to study up on it, and Merry Christmas!

Not that anything matters anymore, but I want to pause to note how grotesque this argument is. These allegedly patriotic Americans are fine torching their own state and fellow citizens if we do not submit to the iron will of the president of their own party. #copolitics

For all @TheDemocrats complaining about federal money getting pulled from Colorado right now, you can thank Gov @JaredPolis for refusing to report violent criminals and AG @pweiser for suing the Trump admin 47x this year alone. #copolitics

@KBBColorado And we're not just talking about the "federal government." This is the president -- one person now. Usually when we talk about the federal government, we include laws passed by Congress, appropriated by the people's representatives, and executed in good faith. This is Trump.

@KBBColorado Talking about how the federal government is free to respond to "noncooperation" sounds better in the Vito Corleone voice, if you want to do a dramatic reading.

What Colorado Republicans and Advance Colorado are rationalizing here -- unless someone finally speaks up -- is rule by decree by the whim of a single individual over sovereign states. Federal resources, financed by our money, used for coercion by a mad king. #copolitics
