Never once thought ADD. I do this because I hate slamming it on a table and the plastic bends and makes a hole. I also like this because I can leave the “top” on so it covers the straw until I get home or whatever.

@onika_real And in-game the entirety of the details they put into space (afaik) is solely for a constellation mission/mini-game easily missable and only visible when using a specific helmet.

Here's a timelapse of me going to space in Crimson Desert. This was first discovered by YouTube Creator "ItemRelocationClub" and the way you do this is by installing a mod that gives you infinite stamina, then using aerial stab to go up you can reach space. It took quite some time, but once you go high enough you can see what looks to be the Earth's atmosphere! The milky way is clearly visible and I also did a short timelapse while I was there. When free falling, Kliff also looks like he's doing an atmospheric entry as he looks like he is catching fire, I don't know exactly if this effect was intentional or not as my lantern was on. Either way, the game looks incredible and makes me wonder if we'll ever get some DLC or a future open world game from Pearl Abyss that allows us to travel to space.

We get complaints when a game doesn’t go the extra mile on unimportant details, but people bitch when it’s detailed but not “enough”? This game doesn’t do a 1:1 representation so its praise doesn’t count? Most games would legit just add the bridge the second you confirm it. Gtfoh

Don't get me wrong, Crimson Desert has a shit ton of cool details, but this specific one I keep seeing about NPCs constructing things is way overblown. It's not being being built in real time. It's basically a time lapse, with the NPC animations looping over and over across 4 different stages.

I can’t believe I am saying this but Crimson Desert’s main quest picks up CONSIDERABLY around Chapter 5 onwards
Considering my expectations were in the floor, I’m so pleasantly surprised it has INSANE battles with actual armies being rendered & I acc care for the Graymanes now!

@MandysHosTripin Not attention to detail lol it’s just the writing. I do think the books position and angle makes that quick glance almost impossible for Mike to had actually see it. Just put it closer to the glass and you get the same effect but done in a more realistic way.

@GHBSmith Dude that is my biggest complaint too! Like the follow isn’t based on your speed so it’s extremely slow, the auto follow doesn’t do very well, then you stop in the middle of the road and the NPC always fucks off and you gotta go 500m to the actual location. Infuriating!

Probably my biggest quest-related complaint in Crimson Desert is the number of follow NPC quests
The Greymanes questline is FILLED with them. Half the time, you don't even go to a location. Just a random spot, and they leave.
If you're plowing through those quests, it does end
