@lisa_paddy I listed the duration and number of students per class. I also had them do a logic puzzle that was hands-on to help keep them away from their phones 🤨.

@lisa_paddy I did a similar experiment two weeks ago. Except the students were not allowed to react or reply to any notifications. This just shows how many unsolicited distractions they have in a shorter window of approximately 20-25 min.

Building an interactive unit circle in @Desmos. Right now it can switch between deg and rad and display special triangles. I'm toying with a mode that will "zoom out" to display both rad and deg at the same time. What's the most useful thing you've ever seen on a unit circle?

A friend of mine asked if I had ever heard of a Math Agreement within a district K-12. Pretty much a grade by grade breakdown of what should be covered each year, when calculators are introduced, homework policies for grades, etc…has anyone worked with this? #mtbos #iteachmath

@Desmos has done it again!! If I don't know what to make, I can just use the new R_{ecipe} function at desmos.com/calculator/xdr… to give me recipe ideas! All you have to do is type in R_ecipe and click the action button to get a randomized recipe. Thanks Team Desmos!
