We'll figure something out .

While a universal high income may be coming, and a possible elimination of necessary work labor, the question becomes: what do people do with their time? People assume something positive or neutral; but there is a greater chance the segment of the population doing things that are negative and harmful. Even in our times, without universal high income, that happens. Would we see arise in crime and harmful social behavior, and would the response require a hobnail boot (or more likely, the denial of comforts) by government?

@advancers22 @cb_doge That's basically what he's talking about doing, but as we switch to post labor there is a short crossover time where some Industries drag behind others and so it requires a hybrid economy. Basically you can't have half the country receiving free goods and the other half working.

The government must be owned by the people and have two purposes. 1) To keep the people safe from outer threats. 2) To empower the individual to create. Universal High Income is not necessary. The government must rather make all the essential goods & services free. So the focus is solely on the advancement of knowledge and civilization.

The people who need to start it to really make a difference are companies that produce food and general Goods for the household.
