Inclusion is key and diversity is null and void without it. Faces don’t matter if voices are not heard. Quantity isn’t an accomplishment unless quality accompanies it. We have to be proactive, we have to be intentional, we have to ask questions, and ensure ALL have a voice!

#Inclusion means nominating women for committees / critical meetings, and provide learning opportunities. Leadership should also diversify messaging and outreach to serve more languages, regions, and lived experiences. Intersectionality is key! #WithoutThisWoman #IWD2019 #GH5050

We have to first, have more people in power that look like us: For Us, By Us! And we have to tear down the silos that prohibit collaboration bewteeen women across sectors, race, schools of thought, and preferences. It takes all of us!
