@AsdaServiceTeam still waiting for promised refund now 19 days, promised in 3-5 days twice. You just keep raising a new refund that never arrives. I call and just get told refund approved and will be within 5 days. 5 days pass and repeat.

@asda now 10 days with no refund from when you said it would be 3-5 days and 24 days since you took a DD from my account that you said would not be taken (as SIM card not received)... multiple times chased up....

Told would get refund, then told had to claim from bank as DD not received, then told pyt found and refund would be sent, still no refund, @asda are just scammers these days which is a shame

@asda 30th April Asda advised (again) refund of £63.52 would be emailed within 3-5 days. 9 days later still no refund. Refund for a SIM that never arrived, I cancelled (told no pyt would be taken). Pyt by DD taken for cancellation of contract, then had to chase for refund...

@CustomerH47613 Tried to send DM the other day but X not working a known glitch on X with their new encryption.

@Ikea delivery via @DPDUK 23rd Dec, delivered damaged, one box clearly dropped and crushed on its end. Screw pack in end of box pierced the item. Driver looked sheepish, took a photo of the other box... Replacements parts x2 delivered today via @IKEAUK. Delivered damaged.

BOWLIFT are no1 worst company I have used in 2025. BOWLIFT.com wrong item received, I have to pay return to Canada estimated by BOWLIFT at €20-80 for item that cost £31.50. I refused their offer. Now trying to get refund via credit card. Trustpilot has 2 BOWLIFTs.

Now waiting for @IKEAUK customer services to arrange a replacement of the replacement @IKEAUK have just delivered damaged. @IKEAUK only replaced the two broken pieces (I'm OK with that) but didn't pack them properly (or just sent a damaged part).

@SportsDirect_CS I have sent a DM but not getting any replies how do I contact someone that can solve this? you sent the wo=rong item, I'd like my money back

followed @SportsDirect_CS instruction to return an item, got free return label, selected "Post Office" option took the wrong golf bag SD sent to the post office... item too large for post office, the nighmare continues....

Trying to get @SportsDirectUK to collect the wrong item they sent, I'm now thinking it is impossible. Msgd them on X, sent pics, they agreed to collect, asked when they could collect, I responded and then silence. So I need to go through the whole thing again with another agent?!

@DurhamCricket made it late to match despite arrival at ground 50 mins before start. Some kind gents let jack aged 10 sit with them at the front so not sat with me (dad) but at least he can see the game!
