65 yo with palps/near syncope. No prior cardiac hx. No response to adenosine, cardioverted to sinus in ER. Normal cath. Normal LV / Mild RV dilatation on echo. Any thoughts on site of origin and underlying pathology? Cardiac MRI pending. #epeeps
