It is with a heavy heart to report that Mittens, the beloved train cat, departed her favourite station for the last time at 1645 23 June 2023. Adored and loved by many. Always missed. Run free, my beautiful lady.

It's been 8 long days since Mittens passed. I'm truly overwhelmed and humbled by such kindness and compassion towards my beautiful companion. What lovely people you all are. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. #CatsOfTwitter (Her last pic, hiding in the wash basket)

Many thanks to @AbbeyHouseVets for making her last few hours comfortable. The staff were wonderful and understanding.
