Sharing public information from this news release. Not representing or speaking on behalf of any company. WBI Energy, a subsidiary of MDU Resources Group ($MDU) based in Bismarck, has received key state approval for its major Bakken East Pipeline project. North Dakota has committed up to $500 million in support to help build a new 42-inch natural gas pipeline running from the Bakken oil fields near Watford City all the way to Mapleton, just west of Fargo. Instead of being flared, this gas will now be available to communities and industries across central and eastern North Dakota that have long relied on propane or electricity. The route will stretch from the Watford City area through central North Dakota and into the Fargo region, bringing more affordable and reliable natural gas to a wide range of communities, including: Watford City, Killdeer, Halliday, Beulah, Hazen, Stanton, Washburn, Bismarck, Center, Steele, Tappen, Jamestown, Spiritwood, Valley City, Casselton, Mapleton, Fargo, plus many smaller towns and customers along the corridor. An extension toward Ellendale is also being evaluated per this news release. This project marks a major step forward for North Dakota’s energy efficiency, reliability, and long‑term affordability by reducing waste and supporting economic growth statewide. Phase 1 is targeted for 2029, with full operation expected by 2030, pending final federal approvals. $MDU is up 15% YTD.

This is due to the fact that most people's diets are so crap that they dont get enough nutrients unless they massively over eat. If you are on a GLP-1 make sure atleast 40% of your calories are protein with the majority of that coming from meat. Do that = 0% bone loss

There are two options with this. 1. Initial reporting was massively exaggerated and the actual facts are significantly less solid/impactful. 2. There is a total and complete and competence by the prosecutorial staff

#Falcons DE James Pearce Jr. is expected to have all charges dismissed if he completes a Florida state program that would include therapy and staying out of trouble for six months, per @AndySlater. Attorney Yale Sanford says the victim, Rickea Jackson, and police also agreed to the resolution.

@DustBaker I’ve switched my opinion on this based off a tweet I saw this week. I’d rather have Sadiq and a S in the second like Haulsey or McNeil-Warren versus Thieneman and a TE later.

If the Vikings had a binary choice between Dillon Thieneman (S) and Kenyon Sadiq (TE) tonight, which would YOU prefer?

@DustBaker I cannot see, from any angle be it bpa, or need, or future projection, or the direction the NFL is going, that you would pick City over DT at this point.

@skol_talk I'll be fine getting him in a trade back where we end up with say pick 35 or something, but I don't see Sadiq as a first round player

Dillon Thieneman is a Viking in every single mock draft it seems like. Kenyon Sadiq is a perfect fit with Kyler Murray if you look at what Arizona did with Trey McBride. Hockenson is not the same player anymore. I like some other Safety prospects in rd 2 as well. Sadiq >Thieneman

@Krauserrific @vikingsfans16 I don't think the name of the role matters as much as what it will functionally do. DT could play a true Roman free safety who can also cover wide receivers and tight ends, let Hitman more in box, and let Stukes and metellus play a similar rule based on matchups

@MnHopes @vikingsfans16 I think Stukes would be a safety for Flores, don't think they'll take both it's OK with me if they don't address safety until later, as long as Hitman is coming back. Theo Jackson wasn't good but he's playable, and Jay Ward might add something

@DustBaker Comprehensive review of boards and markets indicate there's a pretty good chance that he would be available even in the early second round, maybe as late as pick 40

I certainly don't always nail the Vikings' draft pick as a prediction, but this go-round, I believe the team will end up with Clemson DT Peter Woods as the first pick of the event. This is my evidence: 1) He can get-got at either No. 18 or a slight trade back. 2) Jonathan Allen and Javon Hargrave played over 1,300 DT snaps last year. They don't work here anymore. Do we really think Levi Drake Rodriguez and Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins are about to play 1,300 snaps? 3) The Vikings haven't drafted a DT in Rounds 1-3 in 13 years. Time to snap the drought. 4) I think Brian Flores has more pull in the organization with Kwesi Adofo-Mensah gone, and the last time Flores had his first pick in Miami, that was DT Christian Wilkins in 2019. 5) In 2023, the Vikings needed a WR. They picked Jordan Addison. In 2024, they needed a QB. They picked J.J. McCarthy. In 2025, they needed a guard. They picked Donovan Jackson. In 2026, they need a DT ... 6) The Vikings picked offensive players in Round 1 in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025. It's time to even the score with a defensive player. 7) Peter Woods is hard.
