Tucker Carlson has been in absolute free fall among the GOP. His net favorable has dropped by 47 points. Meanwhile, Trump crushes Tucker among the GOP. Trump's net favorable is 54 pts higher than Carlson's. When you up against Trump, you in the grinder to quote Good Burger.

These are the 5 worst states for retirees financially: - Number 5, California, they tax your entire 401k withdrawal, $100,000 in distributions, $8,000 bucks straight to Sacramento. And if you own a home at the median price, which is now above $900,000 bucks, property tax is nearly $9,000. On top of that, not to mention it's the only state to fully tax military retirement benefits. - Number 4, New York, they give a $40,000 exclusion for married couples. Sounds decent, but — the other$60 grand gets taxed, add on 8.25% sales tax. And if you live in the city, add an additional extra city income tax because why not - Number 3, Jersey highest property tax in the country with the average bill just hitting $10,000. But they do offer retirement income exclusion up to a $100,000. The only catch total income has to stay below $150 grand, cross that threshold by even a dollar and say hello to $6,500 bucks of new taxes - Number 2, Connecticut property taxes. Third highest nationally at $7,700 a year on a $400,000 home, but they are phasing in full retirement income exemption. That hits a hundred percent in 2026. They're the only state on this list actually getting better. They're not there yet, and I blame Greenwich - Number 1, Illinois. Yes, they exempt all retirement income, zero state tax on your 401k. but property tax is second highest nationally and in Chicago the sales tax is 10.25%

Talarico is the new Buttigieg. I don’t know why the Democrats keep trying this formula but it really doesn’t resonate. They seem like “Manchurian candidates” built from the ground up to gather votes. America doesn’t want someone that checks the boxes and says the right thing. We’re way past that. Honestly, neither one of these guys makes me excited about voting.

The buyers job is to figure out what is regular wear and tear based on the age of the house and what needs to be fixed because it can pose significant damage or be dangerous

Dear house flippers, Please, be more intentional with your work. I'm trying to buy a house for my family & all I can find are flips. I just wanna buy a normal house. Not one with white brick & gray plastic floors. Please stop flipping in areas where there aren't a lot of inventory, bc then people that don't want flips have 0 options. President Trump is demanding that 24 House Republicans for Yes for the spending package, despite having voted No back on January 22nd. The spending bill received back from the Senate doesn't include DHS/ICE funding or the SAVE Act. But it DOES include billions of $$$ in earmarks for liberals. Someone gave Trump bad advice and allowed DHS/ICE funding to be separated for later. That will allow Democrats to get lots of changes to ICE which will allow millions of illegals to avoid deportation. Also, the SAVE Act is being setup to receive a token vote, designed to fail. Then they will move on and deliver nothing. We are getting hosed on this. Again.
